Bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve to the southwest, the Olare Orok Conservancy to the west and the Ol Kinyei Conservancy to the east, the Mara Naboisho Conservancy is comprised of over 50 000 hectares of unspoilt wilderness in Kenya’s Greater Mara Region. The area is renowned for its bountiful biodiversity and breathtaking natural beauty with a wide range of wildlife on offer including lion, cheetah, elephant, giraffe, wild dog, and a host of plains game. Visitors can look forward to guided walking safaris, spending the night in a transient fly camp, heading out on a night game drive in search of elusive nocturnal creatures, joining the Mara Naboisho Lion Project as they track lions across the conservancy, or visiting Maasai villages to learn about the fascinating indigenous culture.

Tucked within the private Naboisho Conservancy, Ol Seki Hemingways Mara offers an exclusive safari experience with just nine luxurious tents overlooking the stunning Mara plains. Surrounded by Cordia and Acacia trees, the camp blends seamlessly into its natural environment, attracting abundant wildlife and birdlife often visible from the tents. Away from the crowds, this serene setting provides a rare opportunity to connect with nature in a pristine wilderness. As an active partner in the conservancy, Ol Seki plays a key role in preserving and managing this extraordinary landscape.

Day 1

Day Notes:

Board your flight to the Naiboisho Conservancy at Wilson airport. Once you land, you will be met and transferred to Hemingways Ol Seki Camp where you will spend 3 nights. You can enjoy an afternoon game drive depending on what time your flight lands.

Your game drives will be spent exploring the Mara Naboisho Conservancy, renowned for abundant wildlife and the great wildebeest migration in September. Head back in the evening in time for a delicious dinner.

Watamu, Kenya

White sands stretch along the Indian Ocean, where turquoise waters meet a shoreline shaped by tidal inlets and coral reefs in the small coastal village of Watamu, a small coastal village in north Mombasa located north of Mombasa, renowned for the Watamu Marine National Park. The park boasts three sparkling bays, white-sand beaches and an underwater coral wonderland offering one of the best snorkelling and diving experiences on the East African coast. This charming village is surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty; fringed by lush tropical rainforests and mangroves. Visitors flock here to spend lazy days on the beautiful Watamu and Turtle Bay beaches, explore the Gede Ruins, and fish in the mangrove-edged waterways of Mida Creek. Don't the miss the opportunity to visit the nearby Arabuko Sokoke Forest Reserve to spot monkeys, elephants and a variety of rare bird species.

Day Notes:

After your last morning game drive in the Mara, you will be transferred to Naboisho Airstrip to catch your flight to the coast. You will fly via Nairobi to Malindi, where you will be picked up and transferred to Hemingways Watamu Hotel.
