Located in the South of Mozambique, this small BOUTIQUE LODGE is a beach exclusive location overlooking the wonderful Bazaruto Archipelago Marine Reserve & National Park sceneries, offering its guests a unique opportunity to discover and experience the uncontaminated Mozambican landscapes. The 9 LUXURY SEA VIEW SUITES are light, spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fans, comfortable king beds with mosquito nets, private bathrooms, fully equipped veranda. All suites have PRIVATE POOLS and private sundeck. asDunas lodge is FULLY INCLUSIVE basis only, including in-suite services and complimentary daily Wellness&Spa treatments. Guests can enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant serving delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes and relax themself with a refreshing cocktail from the bar terrace. Additional amenities and services include direct beach access, private fully equipped beach areas, beach bar services and facilities, including puddles and non motorized beach amenities, tiki beach bar, infinity main swimming pool with sundeck and outdoor lounge, wellness&spa, vegetable garden. Full free SATELLITE WI-FI is available in common areas and all suites. Islands boat cruises from the beach, varies water activities and village tours are daily organized on request.

Day Notes:
After arrival at Vilanculos Airport, you will be met and transferred to AsDunas Lodge where you will stay for 4 nights. After checking in, unwind with a complimentary 60 minute massage treatment, a swim in the ocean or a sundowner drink on the dunes.

Day 2
Day Notes:
Dhow Sailing Sunset Cruise
Enjoy a private romantic sundown aperitif on a sunset dhow cruise - sailing in our breathtaking bay, enjoying the amazing view of the Bazaruto Archipelago scenery and sipping on a delicious tropical cocktail and the sun sets. asDunas will provide cocktails or wine, snacks and still/sparkling water and the dhow will pick up and drop off directly at asDunas beach. The cruise is around two hours from around 15:00/15:30 to 17:00/17:30, depending on the season.

Day 3 - 4
Day Notes:
After breakfast, enjoy a Spa treatment or 60 min full body massage (per day per person). Then venture out on a half-day village tour, visiting art & craft galleries, shops, and the old town market, after which you can relax with a complimentary sundowner drink on top of the Dunes (available depending on the weather). Spend time at leisure swimming, and taking walks on the beach soaking up the beautiful scenery and fresh ocean air.

As all Indigo Safari trips I have done it was well organized and relaxing. The highlight was obviously swimming with the whales. I appreciate and respect Christopher's insistence of following protocol and not chasing or harassing animals…added bonus-it always leads to better interactions! Christopher has in depth knowledge of the village and surrounding areas and the land tour was a must for adventure and learning more about the island. Back to the whales which as I said are the star of the trip-the boat crew were excellent and very dedicated to getting us as many encounters as possible. It was an amazing week with memories that will stay with me!
