Day Notes:
The morning game drive starts at sunrise. You will be woken up before sunrise for a coffee and a light cold breakfast before the game drive starts. Then you are off for 3 hours to find as many animals as possible before they all find trees to hide under in the heat of the day. You will stop at the hide to observe animals at the watering hole.
When the game drive returns to the lodge, you will be served a warm cooked breakfast and have time to relax. You can sit by the pool, read a book, take a nap and just absorb being out in the bush.
The afternoon game drive will start around 15:00. You will return to the lodge in the dark, with a spotlight to look for nocturnal animals.

Adam Beach & Safari, Tanzania
3 weeks in Tanzania including safari and time on the coast on Pemba and Zanzibar. Ines really worked well with us suggesting a great trip outline.
Sarah G – Beach & Safari South Africa
Every detail was flawless. We saw the Big Five in Kruger, and then spent five blissful days on Benguerra Island. Thank you for making our dream trip so easy.
South Africa – KwaZulu-Natal Bush and Beach
There are only positive things to say about our trip to Rhino lodge and St Lucia: the accommodation was top quality, great food, a very well organised trip and the staff were very helpful.
We saw rhinos, some lions, wild dogs, plenty of different antelope. Plus giraffes, which we got to walk amongst in the veld.
Overall, it was a very special experience for my companions and myself.
15-day Cape Town, Zimbabwe & Botswana Safari
I am a solo traveler, who was seeking a safe way to do some African safaris for the first time without a tour group. Indigo Safaris made suggestions and we created a trip based on my priorities. My accommodations in Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls and Botswana were unique, beautiful with good service and fabulous food! My guides were terrific. I literally felt like a princess, while at the lodges. When I needed assistance a couple of times, Indigo personnel were responsive to that.
I have travelled quite a lot, and this was one of the best trips I have taken. I believe that one of the strengths of Indigo Safaris is that the agents you work with are so experienced. They personally visit the destinations and accommodations before sending their clients there. So, for example, they knew, where I would see many elephants, which are my personal favorite wild animal, but fewer tourists.
I felt the cost of my trip was very fair and the trip cost included all of the land transfers and many of my meals. highly recommend Indigo Safaris for any sort of trip to Africa.
17-Day Northern Tanzania Safari Expedition with Zanzibar Beach Break
Some days passed since we got back to Argentina. We just wanted to thank you for your support and assistance in our trip to Tanzania, which was an incredible experience for us as a family, one of the most beautiful trips we made by far! Send our regards to Christopher as well please. Hope we can plan a trip again soon!
